Split Negative Technique

Hello again, friends!  It's another Thursday and so it's time for my weekly post  using a fabulous image and a gorgeous sentiment from the Great Impressions Rubber Stamps store!  This week is a video tutorial week, and we're going to be learning the SPLIT NEGATIVE technique!!

Products used: B178 With Sympathy, F459 Dotted Winter Tree.

It will be 3 weeks until the next technique tutorial, so you've got plenty of time to order and/or gather the supplies you'll need for that technique!  We'll be doing some COLLAGE STAMPING!  I'll be making a tag for a holiday gift, but this fun technique lends itself to all types of paper crafting!

    I have never had any luck cutting embossed lines. They tend to break off of the card if cut. How do you make this work?
