Dino Birthday Tin
Hello again, friends! I'm back with another card using stamps from the Great Impressions online store! This week, the DT is sharing kid themed birthday projects with a twist. I went with a card and gift in one tin! Come and take a peek...
The image on the front of the tin is H177 Party Dinos. I watercolored them and then added some sequins for shine. This was added to the tin after I added some patterned paper and ribbon.
The top inside of the tin was gussied up with more patterned paper and a sentiment--E759 Time To Celebrate. And what's inside? Some fun dinosaur dot-to-dots and markers to finish them with!
So much fun in a small package! And I think this would be pretty easy to mail, don't you? I would love to know what you think about this project in a comment below!
That's all for me today! I'll be back next Monday with another creation using stamps from the Great Impressions store. I hope you join in our current challenge, and, if you use Great Impressions stamps, link them up in our Customer Gallery, too! HUGS and happy stamping to you all!

Celebrate!!
Hello friends!! I am so excited to be posting here as a DT member!! First, I am so sorry for posting this a little bit late, my camera battery died last night, and this morning I noticed my card had a spot on the side, in addition of that my editing program didn't work, after all that I just laughed, I think that is better than cry ;)
Ok, now back to the project I have for you today! Baby cards are one of my favorites card themes and this card is just too cute for words, LOL. I used Baby Emma Bear Stamp, stamped and colored 3 times with Copic Markers, cut different parts to create a 3D image. I mounted the parts with thin foam tape. I added a tiny button on top of the little blanket. The tag was embossed and added little banners to the side.
For the sentiment I stamped only the "Celebrate" part from Time to Celebrate Stamp in Coffee Archival Ink, then added dots of Start Dust Stickles to the stars.
Hope you like it!!

Time To Celebrate
Happy Friday and thanks for taking the time to visit the Great Impressions Blog. Another week-end is upon us and the weather is starting to get warmer in our area. So spring is slowly starting to rise. Whoo-hoo!! My hubby has already been out in our gardens getting everything ready.
So spring and flowers are definitely on my mind. My card for today is using the Great Impressions Stamp "time to celebrate"- E759. This stamp is so versatile and today I decided to go more feminine. Lots of layers and patterned paper on this one.
I added a die cut flower, a whimsical flourish die cut, blue satin ribbon and some blue rhinestones. I used an embossing folder on my green background panel and also a border punch.
Well that's it for me for this Friday. Remember to stop by this blog on Sunday because we will start our new monthly challenge. I am giving you a little hint on the new challenge theme with the card I made for today (hee-hee).

Celebrate!
This little guy is celebrating his graduation from Tech School as a
computer geek (lol!) Not sure how he is going to use that pancake flipper
attached to his tool belt...but it could come in handy. I'm actually working a bit ahead
and will give this to a family member graduating in May. The "Celebrate" sentiment is part of
a larger stamp, and I just masked off the part I wanted. The mouse is one of several
mice images that Great Impressions carries. If you're a mouse lover check us out!

Have you entered into our January challenge?

Can't wait to see who it is!
