Happy Father's Day ...

Good morning! Ruza here to share a Father's Day card with you that features the Seaside Lighthouse (G305) and Father's Day Sentiment (C350), available at the Great Impressions Stamps.

This week I pulled out my Copic Markers to color in the lovely Seaside Lighthouse, added some Distress Ink for the sky background, used a yellow color pencil to add the light coming out of the lighthouse, and layered all onto my CAS background. I then stamped the Father's Day Sentiment onto vellum, used some mini glue dots to adhere it over my image, and then added the navy enamel dots to cover the glue dots.

Here's a closer look ...

That is all for me today. I will be back next week with another project featuring some amazing stamps froGreat Impressions! I hope you will check out and play along with this months Great Impressions Challenge. Remember, if you use some Great Impressions stamps make sure you link them up in our Customer Gallery!

Until next week ... Enjoy!

Charming Lighthouse

Hello again, and a fabulous Friday to each of you! It's great to have you stop by today. We so appreciate our faithful followers! Now, let's all take a trip to the beach!
I colored my image Seaside Lighthouse G305 with watercolor pencils and used chalks for the sky.
Ahh, I can almost hear the seagulls and feel the sand between my toes, can't you?
Best wishes for a beautiful, restful day.

For Someone Special

Happy Independence Day to all of you living in the USA! :)  It's Mynn here with my first ever card made for Great Impressions Stamps!  I am so incredibly excited to be a part of the amazing team here and can't wait to show you how to use these fabulous stamps to create cards and projects! :)  Today I have a mostly red, white, and blue creation to share with you.
Here's my card~

Stamps used: G305 Seaside LighthouseA109 For Someone Special

Since it's Independence Day, I went with a patriotic color scheme.  I water colored in the gorgeous lighthouse image to give it a soft and summery feel.  I think this card will be going to Operation Write Home as an AnyHero card. :)

Ready for some more news?!  I'm excited to announce that every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, I will be sharing a video tutorial featuring a fun new technique using stamps by Great Impressions!  I'll post the supplies you'll need for each new technique for two weeks before the tutorial goes live.  Since this is my first week here, however, you've only got one week to grab the supplies you need.  Next week's tutorial is called Triple Time Stamping!

Here's what you'll need for that technique~
