Teddy Bear Birthday

Happy Friday Great Impressions Stamp Friends!

Kendra from Luv 2 Scrap 'n Make Cards here today to share another adorable card with you!!

For my card today, I decided to use the adorable Bear Floating By (G521) stamp!

Such a cute stamp for a kids birthday card!!

I also used the Just Floating (E648) sentiment, but masked the end of it so the "hi" wouldn't stamp.  Added a few dots behind it and then stamped the Sweet Happy Birthday (B240) under the bear!!

What a fun way to change up the sentiment!!

This week we are spotlighting techniques.

Here I have used the Out of the Box die cutting technique.

If you have an image that doesn't quite fit your die you can still make it work!

Love the way the balloons are floating above the square die cut!

For more details you can find the tutorial here.

For this card I used the G521 Bear Floating By and

C340 Happy Birthday sentiment.

I heat embossed the sentiment.

Thank you Great Impressions for a fabulous year on the Design Team!

Get Well Bear

Hello! Today I have a sweet get well card sure to cheer up anyone feeling under the weather. I used the new and super cute G521 Bear Floating By image.

I watercolored the image using Tombow markers. The sentiment is C477 Coming Your Way and I added the cute little E846 Flag Banner.

Be sure to join us in this month's challenge (click!) and if you use any GI stamps be sure to link up to the customer gallery (click!). Be sure to stop by the Great Impressions store (click!) and maybe treat yourself to a few new images...did you know shipping is free over $25?!

Our theme this week at Great Impressions is Happy Mother's Day!

I actually hand wrote the sentiment!

The adorable image is G521 Bear Floating By. I colored the bear with copics.

I added Glossy Glaze to the balloons.

I created an inlaid frame with bright yellow designer paper.
